 GDPR Officer – Insurance Company

For a renowned insurance company with offices all over the world, we are looking for a Compliance Officer. The company is ideally located near Luxembourg city's station, hence the possibility to rely on free public transport rather than taking your car! You will join an international group with an excellent reputation and be part of a small, dedicated team. Finally, you will work on rewarding and exciting legal files and learn from Compliance insurance specialisits.

Job description

• Manage GDPR Compliance
   
• Assist the DPO in maintaining and developing the data protection framework
   
• Ensure compliance with GDPR’s requirements
   
• Assist in elaborating risk mitigating and remediation plan
   
• Conduct comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessments
   
• Provide input to internal policies and procedures
   
• Assist with writing reports for the Data Protection Committee
   
• Develop appropriate data protection training program
   
• Draft data protection communications for the business

Your profile

• Fluent in French and English
   
• Master’s Degree in Law
   
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role  
   
• Demonstrated knowledge in GDPR
   
• Able to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
   
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
