Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Deposit Agreements:
    • Assist in the preparation of agreements (reviewing, printing, mailing);
    • Regular and accurate filing of documentation in hard copy and electronic formats;
    • Responsible for ensuring the approval process with the Commissariat aux Assurances is carried out for all Custodian Banks;
    • Opening of initial account.
  • Investment Management Agreements & Distribution Agreements:
    • Assist in the preparation of agreements (reviewing, printing, mailing);
    • Maintain awareness of how risk influences decision-making and apply appropriately.
  • Research of licencing status for the company's current portfolio managers;
  • Research of licencing status for the company's current distribution partners;
  • Screen due diligence questionnaires provided on a recurrent basis by the Company’s distribution partners;
  • Ensure the efficient maintenance of the teams tools namely for contract management and DDQ management;
  • Assist in the review of banking documentation before it is signed by the Company;
  • Daily correspondence, telephone calls;
  • Provide support to line and senior management;
  • Organisation and maintenance of the team’s files;
  • Provide support and guidance to internal and external clients.

Your profile

  • 2-3 years’ experience within the life insurance sector would be considered an asset;
  • Proactive with outstanding organisational skills;
  • Accurate and strong attention to detail is a must;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Enthusiastic, motivated individual;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team on a variety of projects, receive instructions from a number of people and meet project deadlines;
  • Motivated to learn about the business;
  • Confident, professional approach in dealing with colleagues as well as with external parties;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
  • High level of both written and spoken skills in English and French is a must. Knowledge of German and Italian is considered an advantage.
