Axis Group is looking for a Corporate officer with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Our client, is looking for a Corporate Officer to join their Corporate Team.
- Managing a portfolio of different jurisdiction on the legal and corporate aspect
- Liaising with Internal teams (accounting, finance, KYC and treasury) and with law firms and corporate accounting service
- Organizing and drafting boards minutes, resolutions and legal doucments
- Reviewing funds flows
- Coordinating Corporate restructuring, project financing, mergers and liquidations
- Bachelor degree in Legal or Finance
- At least 3 year's of experience in a Corporate Officer or Paralegal position
- Perfect command of MS Office
- Fluency in English - French is a strong asset
- Good knowledge of coporate governance framework in Luxembourg
