Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property

On behalf of a Consulting Firm focusing on intellectual and industrial properties composed of nearly 50 professionals, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to focus on trademarks advisory.

• Provide active support to clients in developing efficient strategies to consolidate and/or to improve their market positions
   
• Be responsible for filing and registering trademarks and designs on behalf of clients.
   
• Make sure the clients’ intellectual property is protected at all times in relevant jurisdictions
   
• Manage pre-litigation files where appropriate

• Master in Law with a major Intellectual Property
   
• Professional experience of at least 4 years in a Law Firm or similar position
   
• Fluent in French with a very good command of English – German advantageous
   
• Excellent interpersonal skills
   
• Pro active and team player
