For our client, we are looking for a Compliance Officer. Our client is a dynamic and ambitious company and he is offering a permanent contract. Your missions and responsibilities will be : the day-to-day management of compliance problems associated with the client operations, especially concerning AML/KYC files related to Transfer Agency activity and to the on-boarding of new investment, provision of support, advice and expertise to operational teams in compliance matters. You will participate to different training activities and distribution of rules of compliance /ethics to all employees and participating in projects to implement or improve information technology solutions for managing AML/KYC processes. Moreover, your missions will be : Compliance/AML analysis in the acceptance process of new client relationships or investment vehicles, analysis and granting of notices of compliance for new products/services and a proactive participation in the review and maintenance of policies and operating procedures is necessary. You will be under the supervision of the head of department, for regular compliance checks. The ideal candidate needs to have : University degree in Law, Finance or Economics, at least 5 years of professional experience, three of which as a Compliance Analyst within a financial or consultancy institution and good knowledge of the AML/KYC environment in Luxembourg. You have good summarizing abilities and good writing skills and have a sense of initiative for this multidisciplinary work and A good analytical abilities/mind and you are driven to seek solution. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German would be an added advantage.
