Recently, EmTroniX joined forces with Anywaves, a leading European space antenna specialist, creating a stronger, more integrated space RF, electronics, antennas and payload subsystems group. This merger opens up exciting new opportunities to work on larger, more complex programmes, expanded international markets, and end-to-end satellite payload technology solutions.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Legal Counsel who will act as a trusted business partner, supporting our teams in an international and high-tech context.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners
- Ensure compliance with European and international contract law
- Advise management and teams on Luxembourg corporate and labour law matters
- Support HR on employment contracts, policies, and legal questions
- Manage intellectual property topics, including trademarks and trade names
- Provide guidance on export control regulations (including ITAR)
- Identify legal risks and provide clear, pragmatic and business-oriented advice
- Support contract management across international projects and programmes
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and compliance frameworks
- Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed
- Master’s degree in Law (European, international or business law preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as legal counsel or lawyer
- Strong knowledge of:
- European and international contract law
- Luxembourg corporate and labour law
- Intellectual property (IP, trademarks, trade names)
- Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR is a strong advantage)
- Experience in a high-tech environment (aerospace is a strong plus)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- French, German and/or Luxembourgish are considered assets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate legal complexity into practical solutions
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while interacting with multiple stakeholders
