Why This Role Is Valuable 

The Legal & Compliance team as a whole deals with the corporate, legal, KYC and AML needs of the companies and the structures that are set up to manage the real estate investments. Your role is to contribute to the Legal & Compliance team’s functions described below.

Reporting to: Senior Associate Vice President, Legal & Compliance Team


  • Optimization of internal legal processes (across all Legal & Compliance workstreams and in close cooperation with other Revantage departments);
  • Legal analysis and automatization of legal templates;
  • Legal analysis for local jurisdictions’ requirements;
  • Preparation and coordination of legal trainings (internal, external);
  • Optimization, quality control and relations maintenance for external legal services.

What You Bring To The Role


  • At least 5 years’ experience in a legal/corporate department of a fiduciary/law firm/in house legal or corporate position in Luxembourg;
  • Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage;
  • Solid knowledge of corporate governance framework in Luxembourg;
  • Comparative legal analysis skills;
  • Experience working with and maintaining strong professional links with lawyers, auditors, notaries, service providers;
  • Be a team player as well as ability to work independently;
  • Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and creative thinking;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a vast range of tasks;
  • Total proficiency with MS Office standard applications;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and in-depth approach to allocated work.
