Our client, located in the city center, is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join their team.

Fonction

- Management a portofolio of International clients

- Dealing with all the documentation for the incorporation and liquidation

- Organisation and attendance to board meetings

- Liase with natories, banks, lawyer and Luxembourgish administration

Profil recherché

- Degree in Law or Economics - or good knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law

- At least 3 years experience in a similar position

- Fluent in English - any other langage is an asset

- Team spirit and client oriented
