Axis Group is looking for a Funds Legal Associate
Our client is looking for a Fund Legal Associate to join their team.
- Dealing with cross border clients and liasing with tax experts and external business partners (lawyers, public institutions, notaries, banks)
- Negociation and preparation of funds legal documents
- Providing advice and legal support related to investment funds
- Master degree in Law
- 1 or 2 years experience in fund structuring
- Fluency in French and English is required, Germand and Luxembourgish is an asset
- Team player, dynamic, proactive and fast-thinking
