Key responsibilities

Do you have experience with a wide range of legal matters related to private banking and wealth management? Do you love providing solutions? We're looking for someone like that to:

  • advise the business on legal matters, with a focus on banking and financial services regulation and civil law, including consumer and investor protection, lending, insurance distribution and private international law
  • support strategic initiatives and business-critical projects
  • work closely with and oversee external counsel when needed

The team

You’ll be based in Krakow and work as part of Legal Global Wealth Management Luxembourg. You’ll join an enthusiastic team of lawyers and handle a broad range of legal topics with direct business impact.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • a university degree in law
  • strong knowledge of European banking and financial services regulation
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or private banking, gained in a law firm, financial institution or supervisory authority
  • curiosity about complex legal and regulatory questions
  • interest in innovation and legal technology, including how AI can improve legal processes and service delivery

You are:

  • a clear communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
  • calm under pressure and able to explain legal boundaries clearly to internal stakeholders
  • reliable and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • confident, practical and comfortable handling challenging situations
  • fluent in English and French; German or other languages are a plus
  • familiar with AI tools such as Copilot and comfortable using prompts in practice
