We are looking for an analytical and committed Legal Advisor for our Legal & Corporate Secretariat department in Luxembourg.

As a Legal Advisor, you are responsible for catering for a broad range of corporate, legal, and regulatory services to the organization.

Your main tasks

Drafting, reviewing and filing of legal documents of the Luxembourg companies and funds
Reviewing contracts and assisting in negotiations
Advising internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters (such as AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID, SFDR etc.) in the investment funds area
Advising Senior Management and Board of Directors on corporate governance practices
Filings with regulatory authorities regarding the Super Management Company or its funds under management
Collaborate with local and cross-border colleagues in a project-oriented environment.

About you

A university degree (Master of Laws) and more than two years of experience from another Management Company or supervised entity and/or law firm
Good knowledge of corporate and investment funds law
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
French, German, Luxembourgish or a Scandinavian language (e.g. Danish) is an advantage
Analytical skills and structured way of working
A solution-oriented mindset, rigorous and strong attention to details
Passion to deliver high quality work
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate appropriate international acumen
