Your mission

  • Legal support for existing and conceptualisation of newly initiated fund-specific products and services (AIFs) as well as advice on corporate law issues
  • Coordination and updating of fund documentation and implementation of authorisation procedures, if necessary in coordination with external service providers
  • Coordinating the establishment and term management of direct and indirect subsidiaries of funds managed by Empira
  • Editing and updating fund documentation and carrying out authorisation procedures
  • Review of marketing and sales material
  • Drafting and/or reviewing circular resolutions, shareholders' meetings, articles of association or powers of attorney and issue documents
  • Contact person for supervisory authorities, auditors and legal advisors
  • Analysing and implementing regulatory or legal changes within the company 
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts with third parties 
  • Preparing and organising general meetings and shareholders' meetings

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in law or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in the fund industry, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Very good knowledge of Luxembourg AIF structures with regard to formation, liquidation or merger 
  • Results-orientated personality with strong analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Independent, solution- and team-orientated way of working
  • Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
