Legal Reporting Officer

Legal Reporting Officer conducts a quality review of the various legal reports (annual and semi-annual reports) with the aim of submitting them to the legal authorities, the Board of Directors and shareholders. He/She produces reports for the supervisory authorities (BaFin/BCL/CSSF) and manages the launching of funds, sub-funds and shares via E-filing to regulators. Fluency in English and German language is requirement.

Main task: The UCI Reporting Agent performs a quality review of the various legal reports (annual and semi-annual reports) for submission to the legal authorities, the Board of Directors and the shareholders. He/she produces reports for the supervisory authorities (BCL/CSSF) and manages the launch of funds, sub-funds and units via Fundsquare/E-file.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Verifies/checks the various financial reports produced by the Group or other providers for submission to the legal authorities, the Board of Directors and the shareholders
  • Centralise comments from the Management Company, the UCI manager and any other external party (e.g. auditors)
  • Ensures that deadlines are met by the various parties involved: auditors, company management, operational departments
  • Maintains direct contact with auditors, clients and other operational departments involved
  • Ensures the production of regulatory reports sent to the supervisory authorities

  • Fluency in English and German language is requirement, proficiency in French is an advantage
