(Senior) Legal Counsel with a Business Mindset

We are expanding our team with skilled, motivated, open-minded entrepreneurial people, and are now looking for an exceptional (SENIOR) LEGAL COUNSEL. You will join a rapidly expanding team of 35+ across all departments, with a high level of skill, motivation, openness and entrepreneurial spirit. LUXHUB is a diverse, international company, with 13 different nationalities already represented across the workforce. 

Key responsibilities will include to work on the following tasks together with our Head of Legal & Compliance:

• Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and SLAs to be entered into with clients, providers, partners
• Assist product team in the development of (un)regulated products
• Follow-up on legal / regulatory changes affecting the company, in order to anticipate / manage legal risks and compliance, and identify business opportunities
• Act as point of contact for legal and complaince matters within the company as well as with the supervisory authority and clients
• Contribute to the different compliance tasks (including AML/KYC and data protection assessments)

• Interest and curiosity in legal and technological topics
• Keen to challenge the obvious and find concrete solutions contributing to the company's development
• Balance a self-motivated, independent work with a strong team spirit
• Capacity to organize and prioritise work to ensure on-time delivery
• Master degree in law
• Relevant experience in a technology intensive company and/or in the financial sector
• Comfortable within a fintech environment, with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
• Perfectly fluent (both written and verbal) in French and English; any other language will be considered as a real advantage
