Weerts Group is seeking to strengthen its Legal team with a versatile Senior Legal Counsel.

Your function

As a Senior Legal Counsel, your role would involve:

Managing internal legal documentation for the Group.
Coordinating the publication of legally required Group documents.
Handling administrative and IT aspects of Group legal documentation.
Assisting commercial and technical teams with transaction-related legal documents.
Taking charge of contractual documentation for real estate transactions.
Assisting in preparing data rooms ahead of real estate transactions.

Your profile

Master of Laws from a Belgian university with a strong academic record.
Brings 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate law and M&A, corporate housekeeping and real estate transactions.
International experience is advantageous.
Demonstrates exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes.
Exhibits excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Possesses a positive attitude, integrity, and teamwork mentality.
