Tasks/missions

  • You will be in charge of drafting, reviewing and structuring contracts and agreements with Luxembourg Stock Exchange clients (master services agreements, General Terms and Conditions, etc.) and suppliers (procurement, IT contracts, partnership or alliance agreements, subcontracts, etc.);
  • You will be providing legal advice on various legal matters (civil law, laws on new technologies, intellectual property rights, commercial law, etc.);

Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in Law, CCDL is an asset;
  • You are fluent in French and in English, any other language is an asset;
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are proactive and reliable;
  • You are highly organised, rigorous, proactive and are able to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • You have a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player;
  • You are eager to learn and to gain professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
