Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Legal Fund Governance - Alternative Investments Team that is part of our Legal Fund Governance Department within Legal & Compliance.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Your main tasks will be the inhouse legal advice with regard to and the preparation, drafting and negotiation of documents in relation to the launch as well as amendments of the company's investment funds with a focus on alternative investments and their special purpose vehicles. You will be in contact with, inter alia, external service providers and regulatory authorities.
  • In addition, you will draft and/or review and negotiate documents in connection with the foundation and issuance of securitization companies.
  • Complex transactions and the review of respective agreements are also your responsibility.
  • Another aspect is the inhouse legal advice directly related to the assets held by alternative investment and real estate funds.
  • Your field of activity is completed by the steering of legal topics and projects.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Successfully completed law degree
  • A minimum of three to five years’ professional experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and/ or credit institution or consulting firm,
  • Strong capacity for teamwork, motivation, reliability, resilience as well as a service-oriented approach,
  • Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently,
  • Fluency in German and English.
