LGT Fund Administrators (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (the “Company”) provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and the administration group has over EUR 30 billion in assets under administration. The Company has established an office in Luxembourg and is looking to add a highly motivated individual to join a dedicated team focused on providing quality services to our German speaking client base. The successful applicant will take over the role of Legal Administrator.

Document Management

  • Transaction documentation execution and management;
  • Execution and filing of subscription and other contractual agreements;
  • Initial AML/KYC documentation set up and review;
  • Investigating and verifying AML information;
  • General filing and documents administration to include uploading documents on Sharepoint and organising the hard files.

Company Secretarial & Domiciliation

  • Organisation, preparation and execution of board meetings and minutes;
  • Preparation of AGMs and EGMs for Luxembourg funds;
  • Preparation of legal, tax & regulatory filings and returns;
  • Various project related activities;
  • Ad-hoc legal administration duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or law;
  • Minimum three years’ experience working in legal administration or paralegal role;
  • Working knowledge of Luxembourg & EU AML legislation and understanding of funds industry;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in German and English.
