Our client is a human-sized management consulting company, headquartered in Paris with more than 3500 employees worldwide. In Luxembourg, 80 employees are operating on different topics such as regulatory, cybersecurity, financial transformations,...

• Analyse existing and new European and Luxembourgish regulations to determine the impacts on financial ecosystem's stakeholders: banks, insurances, asset managers;
   
• Define and structure relevant service offering (together with other competencies where relevant) and ensure active go-to-market and marketing;
   
• Analyse or coordinate the analysis of the impact on the strategy, business models and operations;
   
• Conduct ad-hoc regulatory research and follow-up on changes to ensure that clients and internal are informed;
   
• Manage, coach/grow and review the work of your team members and ensure business is running in a smooth way.

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Tax / Legal with a sound knowledge of the financial sector;
   
• You have at least 8 years' experience in a similar role;
   
• You have a sound knowledge of the current and upcoming regulatory challenges for the professionals of the financial sector;
   
• You have a genuine and deep interest in business development and have developed a strong presence and network in Luxembourg;
   
• You are fluent (both oral and written) in English and French;
   
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills;
