Missions :

You will join our team of experienced lawyers and you will be responsible for assisting them in the following missions

Participation in investment and divestment transactions (structuring, due diligence, execution, etc.)
Review of contracts (confidentiality agreements, assignment agreements, shareholders' agreements, service agreements, etc.)
Drafting of legal documentation for corporate transactions (minutes, reports, etc.)
Stock exchange law: regulated communication (reference document, half-yearly financial report, etc.), contacts with the regulator (management reports, declarations of threshold crossing, etc.)
Drafting of legal memoranda, research of doctrine and case law, legislative monitoring, implementation of internal processes

Profil :

You are a Master 2 student, and ideally you are a student lawyer
You have a first experience in a law firm,
You are familiar with business law (stock exchange law, banking and finance law, corporate law, contract law, etc.),
You are fluent in English,
You are rigorous.
