Are you interested in launching investment funds for one of the world’s largest asset managers? Do you have expertise in advising the management companies of funds/mandates on a wide range of regulatory issues and practical experience negotiating investment management agreements and drafting fund documents?
We're looking for someone like that to join our team and:
You'll be working in the AM Legal EMEA team assisting UBS with the legal and regulatory obligations related to the funds and mandates they manage, in particular German funds and mandates and Luxembourg investment management agreements with third party portfolio managers. We’re responsible for advising colleagues in UBS Asset Management which is a leading fund house in Europe, the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland and one of the largest fund of hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world. We also advise colleagues in the product development and management team of Global Wealth Management.
