Head of Compliance

Our client is looking for a Head of Compliance to join an international environment.

- Ensure that all key risks are measured and monitored appropriately

- Provide oversight of Compliance activities

- Advise and challenge senior executives on the risk factors

- Maintain policies and procedures inside the company

- Ensure that departments are informed of changes of laws and regulatory requirements

- Support and Manage the compliance team

- Master degree in Finance, Law or Banking

- Relevant experience with risk, compliance or data protection – experience in risk management or in a Senior position

- Motivational leader with people management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and to communicate efficiently

- Fluency in English is required – any other language is an asset
