Key job responsibilities

You will serve as a lawyer responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. You will provide day-to-day advice in a wide range of legal areas, including digital media, consumer products, marketing, commercial contracts, privacy and regulatory compliance. You will be part of the legal team that supports Amazon's devices and digital businesses in Luxembourg and Europe.

Basic Qualifications

  • License to practice law in Europe, US or other common law jurisdiction
  • Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
