Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg promotes new corporate partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the promotion of Torsten Sauer to partner in its Luxembourg office.

Torsten is a corporate and M&A lawyer who has been counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright since 2017. He has substantial experience in advising clients including multinationals, asset managers and (re)insurance undertakings on corporate law and governance matters, public and private M&A, private equity and the structuring of corporate finance transactions.

Torsten is also regularly involved in complex real estate and capital market transactions, with a strong focus on the German market and the DACH region. Prior to joining the firm, Torsten worked for leading international law firms in Paris, New York and Luxembourg.
