ATOZ, the Luxembourg high-end independent tax advisory firm and Luxembourg member of Taxand, is pleased to announce the promotion of Oliver R. Hoor to Partner.
Oliver R. Hoor joined the Partnership on 1 January 2016. "I am proud and excited to join the ATOZ partnership. I will use all my capacity to contribute to the continued success of the firm and the development of our people,” noted Oliver. Founded in 2004, ATOZ has seen exemplary growth and now counts over hundred (100) employees and fifteen (15) Partners.
Oliver R. Hoor is a Partner in the International & Corporate Tax department of ATOZ. With more than 12 years of experience in Luxembourg and international taxation, advising clients on all direct tax aspects regarding deal structuring, maintenance, reorganizations and exit planning, Oliver has published more than 100 articles and books on both Luxembourg and international taxation. In addition, Oliver is a certified German tax advisor (“Steuerberater”) and a chartered accountant in Luxembourg ("Expert Comptable"). Oliver is also a member of the working group of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) on Transfer Pricing.
