He advises banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, investment funds and corporate borrowers on cross-border transactions. His work encompasses fund finance, acquisition and real estate finance, corporate lending and restructuring.

Within fund finance, his experience includes subscription lines, net asset value (NAV) facilities and hybrid structures. His work on distressed situations and debt restructurings also allows him to assist clients when existing financing arrangements come under pressure. His appointment adds resources for sponsors, lenders and asset managers using Luxembourg structures in international transactions.
