DSM Avocats à la Cour is pleased to welcome two new members:
Frédéric SEINCE, who joined the firm as Jurist and is reenforcing the Commercial and Business Law, Real Estate and Construction, Corporate / M&A and Tax departments. Mr. SEINCE will be sworn into the Luxembourg Bar at the end of the year and then become a lawyer. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Frédéric worked with the Big 4 as a tax advisor on mergers and acquisitions between 2000 and 2009, and as Head of Tax and Legal in Family Offices between 2010 and 2021. He took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law in 2021-2022 and holds a Real Estate Sector Professional Certificate from the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce as well as a Master II European Law from the Université de Tours. He speaks French and English.
Xavier LEUCK, who joined the firm as lawyer and is reenforcing the Employment and Social Security Law and Dispute Resolution departments. With 4 years’ experience as a lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, he specializes in Employment Law as well as in Dispute Resolution. He holds a Master II in Private Law from the Université de Lorraine. In addition, Mr. LEUCK took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law. He speaks French, English and Spanish.
