From our office in the heart of Luxembourg’s financial district, our legal specialists offer services across the broad corporate and finance field.

Since opening in 2010, we have advised international companies investing in or through Luxembourg, as Luxembourg is a key jurisdiction in M&A and private equity transactions as well as for international group structuring. We also advise local companies in respect of their domestic needs.

We now have over 40 lawyers working in dedicated, multidisciplinary teams together with our other offices across the globe.

Our multilingual specialists can handle all aspects of our clients' legal needs in English, French, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Luxembourgish or Spanish. 

You will:

• form part of a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial team of lawyers focusing on funds and asset management matters, mostly in the alternative funds space
   
• Manage, together with a counsel or partner, matters relating to fund formation, regulatory approval, fund due diligence and negotiations and asset management regulatory issues
   
• have the opportunity to manage junior lawyers, to develop your network and participate in the growth and  development of the practice
   
• Participate in business development activities and have the opportunity to develop your network

Do you fit the profile?

• You have a European law degree, ideally completed by a Master or a post-graduate degree from an Anglo-Saxon university (LL.M.).
   
• You have 4 to 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm and in a practice focusing on alternative funds.
   
• You already have a strong and solid technical background in the asset management space and are looking to take up a new challenge and further develop your management and client relationship skills.
   
• You are member of a European bar and are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken), Additional capabilities in German would be also highly considered. You are focused on client relationship and high-quality advice and have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
