Job Description 

As Legal and Compliance Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our legal and compliance functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and processing of legal and regulatory documentation. 
  • Conducting due diligence on counterparties and service providers to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Contributing to a solid understanding of our business context (different services offered by the ManCo, clients, service providers, ..) to ensure legal and compliance support is pragmatic and relevant. 
  • Supporting the legal team with regulatory filings and documentation management. 
  • Providing compliance support across various business units, including monitoring and reporting obligations. 
  • Supporting the team responsible for client onboarding and analysis 

Profile

  • We are looking for someone who combines legal insights with a hands-on attitude, and who is eager to develop a strong understanding of our business environment. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 
  • Experience: Previous exposure to legal, compliance, or contract management in financial services is a strong asset. 
  • Digital Skills: Proficiency with digital tools and document management systems is a must. 
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. French is a strong asset given the Luxembourg environment. 
  • Personal Traits: You are dynamic, detail-oriented, flexible, and a true team player with a proactive mindset.
