For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for our Information Technology and Legal functions.

By covering this position, you will collaborate as a trustful partner with Senior Leaders to provide strategic HR support to drive the development of these functions in a changing and dynamic environment. 
Also, your work will directly contribute to building organizational capabilities, fostering innovation and ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet both current and future business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead initiatives to advance the designated functions while ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic objectives. Collaboration with Senior Leaders will be essential, providing guidance on people management, team dynamics, and organizational development.
Your mission will be to facilitateorganizational change and transformation efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of new processes or structures. Also, you will support the development of necessary competencies to manage the increasing complexity of the business.

Additionally, collaboration with Central and Regional stakeholders will be crucial to ensure the consistent implementation of key Group HR processes, including talent management, reward, and workforce planning. Sharing best practices and supporting localization where necessary will be as well under your responsibility.

You will support engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms by driving continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a strong corporate culture that aligns with company values.
Last but not least, compliance to labor laws and corporate governance standards is mandatory, and you will utilizeHR data platforms to act on insights.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Law or Psychology with at least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting high-level business functionsin a matrix organization.

Moreover, you are showing ability to manage successfully key HR processesand drive change initiatives that support organizational growth while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the capability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Officeand very good knowledge of HR systems and tools (such as SAP, Dashboards, SuccessFactors, HRSP, etc.) with your fluency in English.
