We are seeking a commercial lawyer to lead the legal onboarding process with our clients, who are among the world’s largest financial institutions. You will draft and negotiate complex client contracts, closely coordinating with company management and with colleagues in client onboarding, sales, product development, tech and finance, as well as with our strategic partners. You will also advise on other legal matters for a fast-growing fintech start-up in such areas as risk management, product development, technology procurement and fintech regulation. Experience in securities finance, repo and DLT is a plus – a willingness to learn and the ability to cut through complexity to deliver pragmatic legal solutions and strategic business advice are essential.
