AML-KYC Officer - Service provider

Le Grand & Associates is searching for an experienced AML/KYC Officer to join a renowned service provider located near the German border. The company manages structures for clients all around the globe, offering their employees the possibility to work on varied international files and to progress in their careers. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with the local regulatory
   
• Collect and analyze KYC documentation
   
• Conducting risk ratings in line with the company’s risk based approach
   
• Verify account opening and/or maintenance changes in line with applicable procedures
   
• Set up and store all AML/KYC documentation
   
• Undertake periodic reviews of clients and investors, obtaining updated documentation
   
• Represent the AML team, when necessary, at client and/or investor meetings and during conference calls
   
• Develop and foster strong relations across all internal departments
   
• Keep up to date with changes in industry laws and regulations

Your profile

• You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
   
• The Luxembourg fund industry has no secrets for you
   
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
   
• You are an excellent communicator with interpersonal skills and a team spirit
   
• You have good organizational skills and are able to work methodically and accurately
