DSM Avocats à la Cour, an independent law firm, is pleased to announce the arrival of Ms. Melissa Chito and Mr. Luca Gomes.
Melissa Chito joined the firm as Avocat on Monday, 3 May 2021. At 25 years of age, she will support the Dispute Resolution department. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Melissa worked as an associate in another well-known Luxembourg law firm.
Ms. Chito holds a Master II in Cross-border Business Law from the University of Lorraine, an LL.M. and Master I in German Law from the University of Trier, as well as a double undergraduate degree in law and company law from the University of Lorraine. In addition, Melissa took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law from 2019 to 2020.
She is proficient in French, German, English and Italian.
Luca Gomes joined the firm as Avocat on Monday, 17 May 2021. At 28 years of age, he will support the Commercial and Business Law, Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions and Dispute Resolution departments. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Luca acquired extensive experience in business law in other Luxembourg law firms.
Mr. Gomes holds a Master II in European Banking and Financial law (LL.M.), a Master I in European Law (LL.M. Program) a Bachelor’s Degree in Transnational Law from the University of Luxembourg. In addition, Luca took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law from 2019 to 2020.
He is proficient in French, German, English, Italian, Portuguese and Luxembourgish.
