CMS boosts its investment funds practice in Luxembourg

CMS Luxembourg is pleased to announce the hiring of Julia Bruzzese and Gilles Bropsom, both senior associates, and Claire Koob and Kim-Cuong Le, both associates, bringing the team headcount to 15 full-time funds and regulatory lawyers led by two partners, Benjamin Bada and Aurélien Hollard

This development builds on the increasing demands from clients as well as on the new dynamic created in January with the integration of two fully operational teams active in Corporate/M&A and Tax respectively.

Aurélien Hollard, Head of the Investment Funds practice at CMS Luxembourg, comments: “Our aim is to build a strong team able to deliver the highest standard of services to our clients and to solve their most technical challenges. In this regard, we recently developed cutting-edge expertise in technologies currently disrupting the funds industry like digital assets. CMS has continued to strengthen this position over the past 12 months and I am really glad to welcome new associates who will bring even more experience, expertise and capacity to the team.”
