Nasir Zubairi, CEO of the LHoFT comments: “We are happy to welcome Allen & Overy as Associate Partner and we are looking forward to collaborate with this tier-one law firm.”

Officially launched on Monday 24 April in the presence of Luxembourg’s Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna, the mission of the LHoFT is to facilitate the numerous connections within the ecosystem and to drive financial technology and innovation in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Henri Wagner, Managing Partner of Allen & Overy in Luxembourg, says of this collaboration: “Being a pro-active player in the field of technological innovation, this partnership is a logical step in our global approach based on an offering of hybrid legal services, pairing the requirements of our clients with the ideas of start-ups.”

Innovation is an intrinsic characteristic of the firm: “In order to be able to continue to be one step ahead of the expectations of our clients, we set up “FUSE” in London, a tech innovation space which offers news solutions for legaltech, regtech and dealtech challenges”, added Katia Manhaeve, an Intellectual Property and Technology Partner at Allen & Overy in Luxembourg.
