Cédric, who will be heading Loyens & Loeff’s capital markets practice in Luxembourg, has extensive experience in securities law and capital markets regulation. He regularly advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions, notably debt and equity transactions (including public or private offerings), takeovers, placement of securities, listings and all related securities law and capital markets regulatory matters.
