ATOZ, the Luxembourg high-end independent tax advisory firm and Luxembourg member of Taxand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Antoine Dupuis, CFA to Partner.
Antoine Dupuis joined the Partnership on 1 January 2017, following two years as an International and Corporate Tax Director at ATOZ. “I feel honoured to be stepping into the position of Partner and I am excited to be a part of our future success,” said Antoine about his appointment.
Antoine has over a decade of experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, focusing on the sectors of Private Equity, Real Estate and Alternative Investments. Antoine has advised a wide range of international investors on the tax aspects of cross-border operations, the setting-up of investment structures, mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and divestitures. Antoine’s international experience also includes a secondment to Shanghai in 2012 where he advised on the tax aspects of cross-border investments. Antoine is a CFA charterholder with a Master’s degree in Economics, completed by a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg tax law.
