The partners of Elvinger Hoss Prussen have the pleasure to announce the promotion of Isabelle Gervais to Counsel.
Isabelle Gervais became a member of the Paris Bar in 2005 and joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2015. Isabelle was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011 under her home title.
She specialises in corporate tax and related transfer pricing matters.
Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen, she worked with another leading Luxembourg law firm for four years where she was heading the transfer pricing practice. Prior to that, she worked for six years in the Luxembourg office of an accounting firm.
She is maître en droit from the Université de Toulouse (France) and holds a DESS (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées) in tax law and a DEA (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in business law from the same university. She is fluent in English and French.
