Wildgen, Partners in Law, is delighted to announce the appointment of three Directors and five Senior Associates.
Luis Marques Guilherme, Charles Krier and Yann Payen have been promoted Directors.
Guilherme specialises in corporate law and regularly assists clients on complex multijurisdictional transactions. His practice includes corporate structures, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and banking and finance.
Krier specialises in banking, finance and corporate law. He advises financial institutions and their clients on a wide range of bank regulatory matters and operational activities. Before joining Wildgen, Charles worked with the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority of the Financial Sector where he gained solid experience in the field of Electronic Payments and Corporate Governance.
Payen specialises in corporate law and has years of expertise in assisting clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance matters. He also gained an extensive experience in dealing with the issuance of debt securities on regulated and unregulated markets.
Anne-Sophie Rust, Ersan Özdek, Giuseppe Cafiero, Matthias Schmidt, and Romain Viard have all been appointed Senior Associates
Rust and Özdek are both experienced litigators and represent clients in the various courts of Luxembourg. Cafiero specialises in banking, finance and corporate law. Over the years, he has developed a sound expertise in securitisation matters, advising notably clients investing in European credit markets. Schmidt is a qualified German lawyer and serves clients in corporate, banking & finance and commercial law matters. Viard specialises both in corporate law and dispute resolution.
