At the official award's ceremony this Tuesday, Atoz received the Great Place to Work certificate for the third time in a row. Moreover, in the overall ranking Atoz took over first place this year becoming Best Place to Work in Luxembourg. Atoz was also praised for its mentoring-follower program that's been running at the firm successfully for many years now.
Great Place to Work institute assesses, through anonymous surveys, the organizations' cultures, policies, practices, taking into account employees' experiences and the benefits provided. It isn't what the companies are doing, it is how their leaders are doing it.
