Stibbe reinforces its position as leading law firm by appointing Wim Panis and Xavier Gillot as partners of the Stibbe Brussels Tax Team (as from the 1st of July) and Hervé Leclerq as counsel in Stibbe Luxembourg's Corporate Team.
The Corporate Team of Stibbe Luxembourg has appointed Hervé Leclerq as counsel. Hervé graduated from the Université Aix Marseille III. He represents a large number of public and private clients in international transactions, especially in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
This Stibbe office, which was opened in August 2010, is gaining reputation and continues to grow. The office has now 17 lawyers.
