Clifford Chance strengthens global private capital offering with Luxembourg funds hire

Clifford Chance announces that Matthias Kerbusch has joined its Luxembourg office, further strengthening the firm’s global private capital offering through the expansion of its funds practice.

Matthias Kerbusch, who began his career at Clifford Chance, rejoins the firm from Dechert. He advises international and domestic clients on the formation and restructuring of Luxembourg-based investment funds with a focus on alternative asset classes (including retail funds in private assets) and on LP due diligence work for international institutional investors.
