Our client is an American Private Equity firm which operates globally. Its Luxembourg Office is composed of 20 employees, including 3 in the Legal department.

• Prepare AGM’s, EGM’s, notices to the shareholders and board minutes;
   
• Filings of accounts and other publications at the RCSL;
   
• Coordination of external stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers, tax advisors, banks;
   
• Support with AML requests and KYC process;
   
• Legalize/Apostille documents;
   
• Arrange the signature of legal documents;
   
• Maintain registers of shareholders up-to date and file/organize corporate legal documents.

• University degree in law;
   
• Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar role in Luxembourg;
   
• French and English (spoken and written);
   
• Excellent organizational skills;
   
• Detail orientated, flexible, willing to take initiatives;
   
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and team-oriented attitude.
