- Assisting the clients regarding private equity issues and international corporation restructurings

- Master degree in Law

- 3 years experience in Corporate Law idealy in a Law firm

- Fluency in English and French, German is an strong asset

- Analytical mind-set, detail-oreinted, team player with good communication skills
