Tax Intern

Starting on september, you will join our Tax team in Luxembourg as a Junior Tax Officer Intern. You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Finance team, driving economic performance, defining key financial strategies, and providing economic analyses to support the decision-making process.

• Assist in updating and adjusting transfer pricing documentation (Local file, Master file)
• Support the implementation of transfer pricing requirements (CBCR)
• Help with the follow-up on ongoing tax audits
• Assist financial partners in completing annual tax returns
• Support the creation and submission of tax documentation
• Answer VAT-related queries and assist with foreign VAT recovery
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Group organizational chart and shareholding structures
• Participate in intra-group tax analysis, including mergers and acquisitions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
• Academic background: Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Tax Law or a related field
• French and English fluent
• You demonstrate a strong interest in corporate tax and structuration
• You demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills
• You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
