NSPA is the lead organisation for multinational acquisition, support and sustainment to NATO and its 31 Nations.

NSPA is a customer-funded agency, operating on a "no profit - no loss" basis.

The Agency employs over 1,500 people and it is based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with main operational centres in France, Hungary and Italy.

Master's level qualification in law, and certified training for the legal profession.
Minimum ten years’ legal experience in government or international intergovernmental organisations.
Very good knowledge of law and legal procedures pertaining to International Organisations.
Experience in managing a legal office or legal functions.
Experience in commercial and international disputes litigation.
Authorised to practise law in a NATO member state through admission to the relevant bar association or other recognised national licensing authority.
NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

Basic monthly salary: EUR 13 039.44, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
This post will become vacant as of 01 February 2027.
(Definite Tenure) Initial duration of the assignment will be for 3 years. The contract may be renewed, but will not exceed the definite tenure of 9 years.
