Senior Fund Legal Officer

Pure Capital is further looking to expand its team with a Senior Fund Legal Officer. Your role would include a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects.

• Act as a Senior Fund Legal Officer for the Management Company/AIFM services for existing clients, new business and prospects;
• Be in charge of the preparation, review and coordination of the legal documentations linked to the investment fund activity : prospectus, article of incorporation, agreements with counterparties, etc.;
• Liaise with the financial authorities (CSSF, FSMA, etc.);
• Assist clients at the board members’ level;
• Assist the clients with the incorporation of various legal types of companies and partnerships;
• Draft and maintain relevant procedures and processes up to date in the context of the investment fund activity;
• Liaise and coordinate with notaries, Luxembourg administrations and legal counsels;
• Liaise with the Compliance Officer.

• You hold a university degree in Law or similar professional qualification;
• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar job position;
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to investment funds;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Discrete and tactful;
• Ability to work independently;
• You are a role model demonstrating appropriate office conduct and aptitude to work in a structured manner;
• Strong commitment to client service excellence.
