Does this sound appealing to you? Pure Capital is further looking to expand its team with a Senior AML Officer. Your role would include responsibilities to various stages of the life cycle of transactions.

• Become an AML expert in the fund industry;
• Be involved in the daily management of the AML function of a super ManCo (UCITS – AIFs – Private wealth management);
• Conduct ML/TF risk analysis on alternative investments;
• Control the AML aspects of daily operational process, by supervising the various operations and transactions, with a permanent concern for quality and compliant to the regulations and procedures in force;
• Provide assistance to the RC of a various range of investment funds;
• Be part of the Compliance team, with opportunities in Regulatory and Compliance functions.

• University degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent;
• Proficiency in French and English (Dutch is a good asset);
• Relevant experience of minimum 2-3 years in AML function;
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry;
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory environments;
• Efficient communicator, problem-solving attitude, entrepreneurial spirit;
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Clear, structured and concise oral and written communication.
