We are expanding our team and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! It’s more than a Legal Counsel role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge across all corporate governance topics. Additionally, one of the group holding companies will be the employer.

Your contribution:

  • You provide legal advice on various corporate governance legal matters
  • You assist with the preparation of board meeting minutes, ancillary documents, and materials, general shareholder meetings minutes, board meeting scheduling and logistics
  • You assist also with the preparation and implementation of corporate annual calendar
  • You ensure timely and accurate filing of required corporate governance-related documents, as well as the compliance with applicable corporate governance laws, rules, and regulations
  • You draft and review contracts and agreements (financing agreements, services agreements, distribution agreements, etc.)
  • You assist with developing, implementing, and updating corporate governance policies and procedures
  • You will operate the administrative processes of our employee equity programs and work closely with the Group General Counsel

You will fit well to our squad if: 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in law firm or in-house department in Luxembourg, with a focus on corporate law
  • You hold a master's degree in Law, ideally with respective bar exam (EU or Swiss) and have a very good understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations 
  • You are able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and able to simplify complex matters
  • You have a strong focus on detail and qualitative deliveries, and are result-oriented
  • You demonstrate ownership and are a hands-on contributor
  • You are engaged and have a strong desire to learn and grow
  • You speak fluently English. Mastering French or German would be an asset
