Our Legal Department team is looking for a Compliance Officer to support, advise on a broad range of compliance topics and manage risk particularly in the core areas of commercial law and regulatory compliance. 

Your Mission:

  • Help ensure adherence to company conduct regulations by regularly monitoring compliance 
  • Foster a compliance-centric culture among the organisation by disseminating knowledge of compliance requirements • Serve as the primary contact for the Luxembourg DPO fielding inquiries regarding personal data compliance and directing them to the appropriate channels as per established procedures. 
  • Perform administrative duties related to KYC procedures and sanctions screening 
  • Provide regular reports on compliance matters to the Head of Compliance and Ethics • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory and compliance landscape and communicate relevant updates to the team. • Help in the implementation of regulatory standards and assist in monitoring compliance across all relevant areas 
  • Advise on the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures 
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the compliance training program, ensuring staff are well-equipped to meet regulatory and compliance requirements 

Your Profil:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or business law 
  • Between three and five years of practical experience in corporate compliance 
  • Ability to interpret complex policies, regulatory documents, processes and procedures 
  • Languages: English and ideally French and/or German; all other languages are an asset 
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a high-paced, changing and fast-moving environment 
  • Excellent judgement, analytical and drafting skills with a clear communication 
  • Solutions- and business-oriented and highly organised 
  • You are curious, positive a with great sense of confidentiality
